Marianne Isager’s new Plant Fiber is a beautiful blend of bamboo, hemp, and a linen-like stem plant called ramie.  It has a beautiful sheen and is perfect summer projects. This 2 ply yarn is a fingering weight and drapes beautifully. Isager’s Plant Fiber can be subsituted for Isager’s Bomuld cotton and Hor linen. Isager’s Plant fiber is quickly becoming a Yarn Cupboard favorite.

50 grams 165 yds 70% Ramie, 15% Bamboo, 15% Hemp.  Spun in Italy.
