The Pixelated scarf by Marin Melchoir would be a great holiday gift or just a great scarf for you to wear. This is a relatively basic pattern, ‘uncommonly’ combining two well known techniques, the Linen Stitch & the Mitered Square. Linen Stitch is a common dense and lovely stitch pattern, and Mitered Squares are common for dish cloths and blankets. We have not seen these two techniques used together before.
Skills used in this pattern are – decreasing with a Center Double Decrease; slipping stitches for the linen stitch; making stitches with a knitted cast on; picking up and knitting along a knitted edge; & applied I-Cord Bind off (if adding an edge to your scarf).
The kits include 2 skeins of Uneek Worsted in great colorways and the pattern by Marin. Please let us know your ravelry name so we can put that in your library!
