Rowan’s Original Denim

Rowan's Original Denim is a cotton yarn which behaves like denim fabric. Rowan's Original Denim will shrins on its first wash and as other indigo dyed textiles, the  colour continues to slightly fade over time. Most of the color loss is in the first wash when all the loose dye is washed out exposing some of the white core. The knitted piece will also shrink in length during hte first wash. This tightens the knitting adding emphasis to cables and textures giving the finished garment its unique look.   Denim is available in 2 traditional denim shades.
