Description
We are in love with the Textili Shawl by Tanis Gray in the beautiful Urth 16 Worsted Merino. The shawl is worked flat back and forth in rows on the bias. 1 Strand of 2 different yarns are alternatingly worked for the transition repeats. Follow color sequence in pattern for color placement – 5 colors at 220 yds each are used in the 16 worsted merino.
The garter edging is worked on smaller needles, while the body of the shawl is worked on larger needles.
Pattern is both charted and written.
